The client needed to rebrand their B2B learning platform to appeal to Fortune 500 clients while simplifying complex VR functionality for non-technical users. Their existing interface caused low engagement, with only 38% course completion rates.

Objective

We developed a “Guided Exploration” UX philosophy, transforming the dashboard into a dynamic mission control center. The new interface used spatial wayfinding cues inspired by airport signage systems, with: Biometric progress tracking visualized as neural pathways AI-powered coaching avatars with industry-specific personas 3D storyboarding tools for HR teams to build custom scenarios
